I spent over 20 years moving my way up through a corporate environment. With every year, came a bigger scope, more responsibility and more priorities to balance. I prided myself on being able to juggle it all…family, work, friendships and activities. But with each added work responsibility, I found myself slipping a bit further away from my real self – working 12-hour days, going through the motions and not stopping as much for self-care. Work made me angry, scared, stressed. Those feelings carried over into every other part of my life.
What was wrong? I was a successful corporate executive at a global company, but I wasn’t happy. I wasn’t utilizing my talents and my strengths everyday. I naturally gravitated towards Human Resources because I loved coaching and developing people, but my job had grown in a different direction and I didn’t have time to focus on what I loved anymore. So, I resigned from my job and went back to my core. Now I spend my days loving what I do - building genuine bonds with people, helping them discover their strengths and navigate through their own journeys, and providing them with the tools and goals to make meaningful changes. These are my signature strengths and I am so happy I can use them every single day!
I have over 20 years of experience working in both Fortune 500 organizations as well as high growth, VC-backed firms. My focus has been on coaching high-performance individuals and teams. I have helped many leaders become more effective, but more importantly I have also helped these leaders to live more fulfilling and holistic lives.
